Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope your Thanksgiving is memorable (in the good way), fun, and peaceful. And if you're going out to the Black Friday sales this evening (Though, we here at Casa Devonshire really wish you wouldn't encourage the stores to open on Thanksgiving.), we encourage you to stay safe, stay warm, and for the love of the Goddess, be polite to the folks working! They're sacrificing their time with their loved ones so you can get that TV, or that laptop at such a steal. Also, don't you think it would be nicer to spend the time you're out shopping with your loved ones instead? Listen to the stories your elders have, even if you've heard them a million times before. Continue family traditions, or start new ones with the youngsters. And no, beating the tar out of someone for that last tablet isn't a good tradition to start. It just shows that consumerism is what you really value. Never a good example to set for anyone. But that's just my two cents.

Anyway, that's all for this entry. Ta, Dearies!

Yeah, it's me.....mom. Sorry, needed something....went out to Weis....cashier commented that she would have been written up if she did not work today.....now that sucks, yes, I know that a grocery store is considered necessary. But so is family.

Since when do we really need to have a grocery store open? Wouldn't better planning prevent people needing to go running out to a store, thus meaning it could give its employees time with their families? Oh wait... Common sense, and that's non existent anymore. *bangs head on desk*
